What HVAC equipment do you sell?
We sell new Lennox and Trane equipment for homes: air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, evaporator coils, and air handlers. Homeowners and HVAC contractors both buy from us. If you know your model number, search for it. If you're not sure what you need, call (913) 364-0070 and we'll help you match a system.
Do Lennox and Trane warranties apply when I buy from HVAC USA?
Yes. HVAC USA is an authorized Lennox and Trane reseller, and everything we sell is new factory equipment. You get the full manufacturer warranty when a licensed, manufacturer-certified contractor installs your system and registers it.
Lennox and Trane both ask for registration within 60 days of installation, and registering on time gets you the longer coverage: the Lennox Extended Limited Warranty or the Trane Registered Limited Warranty. On a new home, Lennox counts the 60 days from your closing date. In a few states, including California, Florida, and Georgia, Lennox applies its default extended coverage without registration.
Your coverage is what Lennox or Trane publishes for your model. We don't install equipment or add coverage of our own. We give you the model and serial numbers and your invoice, so your contractor can register the system and you have proof of purchase.
How do I choose the right Lennox or Trane system?
Start with what you're replacing. The model numbers on your current outdoor unit and your furnace or air handler give us a starting point for size and setup. How does shipping work?
Free shipping on major equipment from our Kansas City warehouse to every state and D.C. except Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, where you pay the shipping rate shown at checkout. If your cart has a qualifying item, your whole order ships free. Each product page shows whether an item qualifies. Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories don't get free shipping. For those, or for areas that need ferry or air freight, call (913) 364-0070 for a quote. We don't ship outside the U.S.
Most orders ship within 2 to 5 business days. Large equipment goes by LTL freight to the curb, and you handle unloading, so have help ready. Inspect every side of the delivery before you sign. Full details are in our shipping policy.
